At splashgear.store, we want you to feel confident and comfortable in your swimwear. Given the personal nature of swimming apparel, we maintain the following policy:
- Return Window: You may request a return or exchange within 7 days of receiving your order.
- Eligibility: Due to strict hygiene standards, all swimwear must be unworn, unwashed, and in its original, brand-new condition with all hygiene liners and tags attached. Items showing any signs of wear, contact with water, or removal of protective stickers are non-returnable.
- Refunds/Exchanges:
- Exchanges: If the fit isn’t right, we will gladly exchange it for the correct size, subject to stock availability.
- Refunds: Approved returns will be refunded via your original payment method (or as store credit), minus shipping charges, after our team inspects the item.
- Process: To initiate a return, please contact our support team with your order number and photos of the item. Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect.
